Unfortunately, I don't think I can provide hands-on help for you. Selfishly speaking, i don't want to accidently cause any issue on your hosting environment and i (myself) can't afford those consequences.
What I can tell from the site is you are not installing the certificate correctly. The site you have is not using a certificate at all, and force redirected to SSL. The certificate you saw is a GoDaddy hosting geniue certificate.
If you have a copy of the certificate and private key file for the certificate you previously installed, you can attempt to manually install the certificate by following this guide: https://www.ssls.com/knowledgebase/how-to-install-an-ssl-certificate-in-cpanel/
If you do not have a copy of the existing certificate, you'll need to get a new one. The best way i think on a cPanel hosting like this is to obtain and setup the certificate via SSH using acme.sh, so it will update the site automatically. You can try to follow the below guide for a how-to:
P.S. At least according to crt.sh database, you have't issue any certificate after 9/12/2020. If that's true, you shouldn't need to worry about rate-limit.
