If you use shared hosting, perhaps the support of your hoster is required. And you may not be able to create and install an own certificate.

Thanks for the reply but to tell you we are not tech savvy hence we need some one who can create ssl certificate on our behalf. He can access our computer remotely and help us to create ssl certificate. We once again thank you sir.
