Common name/ alternative name mismatch

Google hosts e-mail for millions of domains as part of their G Suite service. It would not be feasible to list all these domains in the Gmail MX servers' certificate. This is never something they are going to require...

As long as you have a certificate for the donains listed in your MX records you're fine.

If you haven't already set up SPF and DKIM those are important. DMARC is optional and you should only really worry about it if your customers are likely to get phished.
