I saw the notification about Transitioning to ISRG's Root but confused on if there is anything that we need to do. We use Certify the Web application, is there anything that needs to be done for this?

You might want to ask them directly on their forum: Certify The Web - Support Community
AND/OR
Also do your due diligence and test your older systems for their compatibility with the newer root.
