Certificate valid but not secure

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi @Yves2, welcome to the LE community forum

The problem is that the certificate is only valid for *.tync.fr
That won't cover the name tync.fr
It would cover www.tync.fr (and many other names - but the IP must also resolve to your server).
If you need to use https://tync.fr you will need to get another cert with both names on it:

  • tync.fr
  • *.tync.fr
