Certificate Transparency Submission of Root to Logs

Hello. I would like to request that you apply to ct.startssl.com and ct.izenpe.eus (this one is the “new” IzenPe log) via email as outlined briefly here:

If I remember correctly, @roland is responsible for CT logs requests submission? Finally, you could possibly request inclusion both for the DST Root and for the ISRG Root.
