Certificate Renewal in HAProxy

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: testweb.eyepear.se

I ran this command: # certbot certonly --agree-tos --dry-run --renew-by-default --manual --preferred-challenges http --http-01-port 54321 -d testweb.eyepear.se
om -d *.eyepear.se

It produced this output:
Client with the currently selected authenticator does not support any combination of challenges that will satisfy the CA. You may need to use an a
uthenticator plugin that can do challenges over DNS.

My web server is (include version):

haproxy -v

HA-Proxy version 1.5.18 2016/05/10

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): CentOS 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

certbot --version

certbot 0.30.2

Hi @asakth

if you want to have a wildcard certificate, you have to use dns-01 validation. That can't work with http-01 validation.
