Certificate renewal fails

I have nextcloudpi installed on my raspi (NC version, NCpi version 1.51.2).
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)
Trying to renew my letsencrypt certificate results in following error:

All renewals failed. The following certificates could not be renewed:
/etc/letsencrypt/live/xxxx.spdns.de/fullchain.pem (failure)

1 renew failure(s), 0 parse failure(s)

The entered domain name is correct. What steps do I have to perform to check my configuration?

Thank’s a lot!!

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
