Backup the one you have first.
Then replace it with that content (same file name).
Then restart nginx.
[if no errors, then we get you a cert]

In case I didn't make it obvious enough yet.
You have to create the new unique challenge dedicated folder.
It can be any path the Linux permits.
But don't reuse anything already in use.
Good examples:
/challenges/
/my/acme/challenges/
/acme/challenges/
Bad examples:
/var/tmp/
/var/log/
/home/admin/web/
