As you can see, even without these 4 ciphers, your Samsung list has many ciphers which were also included in your "before" list 2 days ago.
Therefore, I don't think just the ciphers is the issue here.
What would be interesting is some network traffic dumps (e.g. tcpdump or wireshark) of the TLS handshake in working and broken situations.
