I ran this command: followed the commands mentioned on the aws lightsail documentation
It produced this output:

Could you please elaborate on that? Which documentation? It would be helpful if we saw all the commands you've used and what the output was.
also, tried the following comand: /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool with superuser privileges
What's the output of the following command:
sudo openssl x509 -noout -text </opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/server.crt
Certificate:www.example.com www.example.co
It seems you haven't done step 7, or at least not in the proper way. I'm assuming you're running the newer Debian Lightsail instance and not Ubuntu?

now when I recheck my website it says certificate valid but still says Not Secure
