Certificate installed but webmail issue

Hello,
I’m not very expert in server management, anyway my VPS is running without a significant problem. Just one issue, when I go to install certificate it is installed correctly but not for the webmail option. consequently is not possible to have access to the emails through webmail.
Below can see the output, can someone help me, please?

My domain is: https://www.wildworldtechnology.com

I ran this command: include webmail.wildworldtechnology.com in the install certificate options

It produced this output: Warning: Failed to resolve the challenge for webmail.wildworldtechnology.com.

It seems that DNS records for webmail.wildworldtechnology.com don't exist.

Are you sure an A or CNAME record has been created in GoDaddy's DNS control panel?

In GoDaddy DNS zone there is Cname webmail, Considerate I have domains and DNS in GoDaddy and server in Contabo.
In plesk dns manging there is the webmail but it uses record A not Cname like in Godaddy zone, maybe can be a conflict?

Ah, it exists now!

It didn't before.

Try to create a certificate again?

The domain is set to use GoDaddy's DNS servers. How Plesk -- or any other DNS server -- is configured has no effect.

But if Plesk gets confused, that might cause problems for other parts of Plesk somehow.

It is trying perfect, thank you very much, just I don’t understand why it was present the Cname but didn’t try and after check, it is started! mistery of IT.
Sorry just a related problem, another domain https://www.wildanimalsinwildlands.com , had the same problem but I discovered, in this case, it was not present the Cname webmail in GoDaddy, I added and renew the certificate, all ok is installed without errors but when I go to the webmail address is trying but is not secure site. any Idea?

Maybe is something wrong in the configuration because if I write the address with https:// is trying, if I do without specifying https is trying but not secure
