Is it correct that mno.org and s7.org have the same proxy_pass IP address? If so, you might want to add this just above the proxy_pass lines:

Yes... they are going to the same Linux/Apache server, which was already configured to host multiple sites.

You will want to get rid of the HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect on your other webservers now. This is because HTTPS is now handled at the nginx proxy rather than on each of the internal webservers.

What are you running on those? Apache?

Yes.. Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL. Trying to figure out how to un-redirect it. I remember having to configure it that way but since I don't mess with it past the first time, I don't have this knowledge in memory.
