Certbot throwing error during cffi install: "LONG_BIT definition appears wrong for platform"

Hello,

I am trying to run certbot-auto on a Centos 6.8 machine. It is erroring out when running setup.py install for cffi with the following output:

Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to go about fixing it?
