Certbot threw a LOT of Errors

I have certbot install on my raspberry pi running apache. I initially had https install and running fine, but after some time, I noticed my website was not connecting to https anymore, only http. I ran sudo certbox to see if I could reinstall my certs, and this is what happened. This is the second time cerbox has done this. I completed a fresh install the first time, and then it happened again… not sure what I am doing wrong, considering I am not doing anything… it just stops. Any help in identifying why the https drops all of a sudden, would be appreciated.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Do you have another webserver listening on port 80? (lighttpd perhaps?)

I have pivpn and pi-hole running ony webserver. Would pi-hole be the reason?

Yes that seems likely to be the reason. Maybe try temporarily disabling it while you run certbot? If it works you can then use --pre-hook / --post-hook to do it automatically during renewal.

so… I changed the port of pi-hole to 8081 in the /etc/lightpd/lightpd.conf. I then restarted my pi and tried to access the pi-hole and I could access it, still, from port 80. However, lets encrypt just kicked in and is now working on my website. So problem fixed, but not sure why I can access pi-hole from 80 when I changed it from 8081. I will give it some time and see if it continues to work.
Thanks for your help.
