I'm not sure if you can help me with this one; ever since I installed the certificates awhile back, when I try to log onto the admin page of my Linksys Velop router via 192.168.1.1, it goes to one of my virtual hosts gilllab.dyndns-wiki.com. I can log on with my phone, however. Any ideas?

Well, the gillab domain VirtualHost is your default. So, you are getting routed to the Apache server and its port 443 instead of your router handling the request. Maybe your router sees a request for port 443 and forwards it to the Apache server IP?
You may need to reassign the port your router listens on for its admin panel. Might need to consult your router manual or its support.
