Certbot in Docker environment - Unable to renew

My domain is: idtcities.au

I have Ubuntu 20.04 operating system. Applications are being used in containerized environment. I previously installed certbot in container too. It generated the ssl certificate for 90 days. Although I configured it to renew certificate automatically. But my license has not been renewed and it is expiring soon.

After some investigation, I have noticed that certbot container is exited and even after restart it exits.

Would really appreciate if anyone can guide how may i renew my certificate.

Here is a list of issued certificated for that domain name crt.sh | idtcities.au, the latest being 2023-01-26. I would say the renew happened.
