When I try to run the command “certbot-auto --apache”, I get the following error:

An unexpected error occurred:
OSError: [Errno 17] File exists: '/var/lib/letsencrypt/filenameremoved.pem’
Please see the logfiles in /var/log/letsencrypt for more details.

However, that .pem file does not exist. This is after attempting to run the installation and it failing due to a botched http config that I fixed. I tried digging through these forums and google, but no luck. System is running Centos6.8.
