Cert Invalid Date NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

So restart apache
will not fix that?

Yes, try restarting Apache. If we still see the problem you may need to restart your server. A "stuck" process can explain all the symptoms.

It still may not work but it is a good try

I suggest not serving any Expired Certificates from your Web Server.
Here is a list of issued certificates for crt.sh | namedream.com, the most recent being 2022-10-06

Also for SSL Checker - Check SSL Certificate they got served an Expired Certificate.

Ok so I've restarted the apache and I still got the errors on sslchecker.

I then rebooted the server with:

sudo reboot now

Now on sslchecker I seem to just get the one cert.

However on ssllabs I am still getting the expired cert?
