Then you might not even need the -0001 cert.
If not, make sure it isn't in use and then:
certbot delete --cert-name falmouthsportshub.co.uk-0001
I have removed the -0001 from the certificate line in the sites-available conf and that has changed the certificate to the working one. I now believe that I can remove the -0001 certificate as it is no longer in use.
