Something new happened. While I am using CF proxied A records, when I renew the SSL, I get this.
"DNS zone contains an AAAA record, but the domain is not assigned an IPv6 address in Plesk."
My server doesn't have ipv6, CF gave it. Usually, it works fine, but recently none of the domains with CF-proxied DNS can be issued or manually/auto-renewed.
Never mind, I manually add http://example.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/* to the CF cache bypass rules, and WAF, now it is working.
