My domain is:

I ran this command:
sudo certbot install --cert-name [redacted]
It produced this output:
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Deploying certificate
Could not install certificate
Could not automatically find a matching server block for amlabs.us. Set the server_name directive to use the Nginx installer.
Ask for help or search for solutions at https://community.letsencrypt.org. See the logfile /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log or re-run Certbot with -v for more details.

The file I edited is here at /etc/nginx/sites-available/default
the contents are here:

Should I declare server_name in the inventree.conf file since it's the one showing in nginx -T? This is a premade container I'm running and I'm not sure if there is some sort of configuration that's already in place to have it use inventree.conf instead of the default file.
That file does seem somewhat relevant.
Although it does seem to lack a few basic entries - like server_name
If you want to use the file /etc/nginx/sites-available/default, then you have to ensure it is picked by the include statements:
Which means creating a link in the sites-enabled folder to it.
OR
Moving the file into the sites-enabled folder.
OR
Just manually including it yourself within the main nginx.conf file. [ [ [ NOT RECOMMENDED ] ] ] include /etc/nginx/sites-available/default;
So as it turns out, now that I've got the certificate successfully installed, I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to access the site. Any additional help would be a total life saver!
Here's the current output of nginx-T in case you need it

The configuration is bad.
Now the file /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/inventree.conf has:
But it has no certificate and no Server_Name.
That should only be listening on port 80.
The default file seems to have all that it needs...
It might just be an order of operations issue [need to load the default file last] or fixing the above mentioned port might fix your problem.
