Cannot create exchange 2019 Certificate

It produced this output:

I have auhorized the creation of CAA Records

Your server is returning content for sometestfile (which I would not expect to exist).

Thus causing:

Thank you I have localized the problem, this is because the server has not yet put to public internet, some things are still under configuration
