AWS Linux AMI – install documentation for Let's Encrypt

Hello
I’m running a generic AWS Linux AMI on an EC2 instance. I’m aware that AWS Linux AMIs are not officially supported by you guys, however I am about to try and install an SSL using Certbot on said environment. Amazon actually document a Let’s Encrypt install guide here: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/SSL-on-an-instance.html#letsencrypt

My question is whether the first command mentioned there is still recommended? Anything else I should add?

[ec2-user ~]$ sudo yum-config-manager --enable epel

Many thanks
RiverTim
