BTW I also had trouble with the initial configuration. I had to use --certonly to make certbot work at all. Was chicken/egg problem with cert directives in the apache config file. I could try to reconstruct and open a separate discussion topic if you want and post the log files, but I had successful workaround so didn’t bother at the time.
