Authenicator Digital Ocean failing

I am getting the following error on Ubuntu 16 when trying to install LetsEncrypt:

“Client with the currently selected authenticator does not support any combination of challenges that will satisfy the CA.”

We have a lot of domains in this account already running SSL with no problems?

Thanks for getting back and I do apologise for the lack info.

If someone is looking at this, in fact the issue came up before and here is the answer:

By running this line we succeeded in installing LetsEncrypt:

sudo certbot --authenticator standalone --installer apache -d --pre-hook "systemctl stop apache2" --post-hook "systemctl start apache2"

replace "" as appropriate.
