Hi @mry,
BitDefender is an antivirus application. If it's installed on your computer, it can be set to intercept connections to secure web sites (when originating from within your own computer) in order to scan them for viruses or malware. When this happens, BitDefender re-encrypted the connection with its own certificate, because it has decrypted it in order to see inside and scan for viruses.
That does not mean that other people accessing your site would see this, unless they're also using BitDefender on their own computers.
If you don't want this behavior, you should uninstall BitDefender or change its configuration to prevent it from proxying HTTPS connections. According to a related post on the BitDefender forum, this setting is
the Encrypted Web Scan feature under Protection > Online Threat Prevention.
