Add yes/no to non-English Help forms

For Help requests in non-English languages I often do not see an answer to this (French example)

Je peux lire des réponses en Anglais :

One guess is when they can read English they interpret this as a statement rather than a question. Perhaps reformatting them like below would improve responses?

Pouvez-vous lire les réponses en anglais? (oui, non) :

The other languages might benefit similarly. Thanks for consideration
