Action required: Let's Encrypt certificate renewals

I received the "Your Let’s Encrypt client used ACME TLS-SNI-01 domain validation..." email.

As opposed to asking everyone who received this email to open a new topic here, is there some guide you could post with instructions for the most common setup(s) on how to fix this?

The current help you're providing even for people who file tickets is not enough. For example:

use your normal client, add

--preferred-challenges http

and test, if that works.

This is going to confuse many users. Instead, it needs to say:

1. Login to your server
2. Run this command
3. After you do that, x will be fixed and you are done.

I am happy to help write these with someone who knows what these steps are.
