I'm a web app developer and have created a medical record system designed for use in developing countries / rural settings. Those have special requirements.

They run on localhost so that internet outages don't impact workflow, but don't require encryption there.

But now I'm setting up demo sites on the internet for training and evaluation purposes.

I'm currently wrestling with getting encryption to work for a disease monitor (shows diagnosis in real-time over a region). It seems to work but I get 'not secure' when viewed.
