I have been involved with support and administration of UNIX and Linux systems and various networks for about 35 years. For the last 12 years or so I have been hosting a few clients’ domains on a couple of VPSs in Germany. I use Virtualmin as a backend. Some of my clients have dedicated IPv4 addresses and others use the shared server addresses. For the last few years I have been using Cloudflare’s free DNS service in conjunction with Letsencrypt certification. Every now and then something tricky turns up, but between my colleague Hamish and I, we manage to get by. All of my hosted domains score an “A” on the ssllabs.com server test, so I think things are pretty healthy. I really appreciate the service you provide, because we are very poverty-stricken relative to “First World” enterprises. Our money doesn’t go very far(South African Rands).
