impossible to access for root certificate on :
https://www.identrust.com/certificates/trustid/root-download-x3.html

is it impossible to use your cert on zimbra ?

The download link at the bottom of the page (https://www.identrust.com/node/935) works for me. Can you explain more what the error you're getting is downloading the root certificate?

Can you take a step back and explain why you need the root certificate for Zimbra? Most systems will already have the Identrust X3 root present in the system trust store.

before i can acces to one page with the cert i merge with my chain but now the page doesn’t exist
where can i have the cert for build intermediate CA + Intermediate
