Zendesk problem SSL


I have the problem, that zendesk bring me the error that the ssl certificate is not save.

This feedback came from zendesk

„The certificate is self-signed and it’s not enough for the integration to work.“

Do you have an idea to fix the problem?

which certificate? One of Zendesk? Ask Zendesk.
