Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [https://crt.sh/?q=example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: retazosdevida.es

I ran this command: AutoSSL in my CWP

It produced this output: Domain in cert is other than SSL’d

My web server is (include version): 93.189.88.100

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): CentOS 7.0 (64 Bit)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes, CWP

The version of my client is (e.g. output of `certbot --version` or `certbot-auto --version` if you’re using Certbot):

Hi @PereVinyeta

check the output of [https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=retazosdevida.es](https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=retazosdevida.es)

You have created three certificates:

| Issuer | not before | not after | Domain names | LE-Duplicate | next LE |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Let's Encrypt Authority X3 | 2019-12-26 | 2020-03-25 | retazosdevida.es, www.retazosdevida.es - 2 entries | duplicate nr. 3 | |
| Let's Encrypt Authority X3 | 2019-12-26 | 2020-03-25 | retazosdevida.es, www.retazosdevida.es - 2 entries | duplicate nr. 2 | |
| Let's Encrypt Authority X3 | 2019-12-26 | 2020-03-25 | retazosdevida.es, www.retazosdevida.es - 2 entries | duplicate nr. 1 | |
| Let's Encrypt Authority X3 | 2019-11-23 | 2020-02-21 | cpanel.retazosdevida.es, mail.retazosdevida.es, retazosdevida.es, webdisk.retazosdevida.es, webmail.retazosdevida.es, www.retazosdevida.es - 6 entries | | |

And your Plesk port 8443

|www.retazosdevida.es|8443|Plesk Administration (https)|open|[https://www.retazosdevida.es:8443/](https://www.retazosdevida.es:8443/)
Http-Status: 200|Certificate is valid|
| --- | --- | --- | --- |

uses that certificate.

Looks like you have to install the existing certificate manual with your CWP, so the

```nohighlight
CN=brisagrafics.com
	24.11.2019
	22.02.2020
expires in 58 days	brisagrafics.com - 1 entry
```

isn't longer used. Perhaps you have to create a vHost.

PS: Your [https://www.retazosdevida.es:8443/](https://www.retazosdevida.es:8443/) isn't a Plesk, there is your website.

Looks like your website uses the wrong port 8443.
