Wordpress multisite on Lightsail

Hi guys,

I have 4 domains soon 5 working under the same multisite, previously I have had only a certificate for one of them using the Let's Encrypt manual setup

Now I would like to install the same for all the domains, following this process
Auto-configure a Let's Encrypt certificate (bitnami.com)

Would their be any conflict? Anything I need to do before I use this process? Also what would you advice to place in the list of domains? would it be the domain only example usamaqasem.net or also add the wildcards too *.usamaqasem.net for all domains?
