Could we get a category created specifically for windows client development?

I second the suggestion. Windows has special considerations. It should not be viewed as just an automatic port from Linux. For example, the full LE client functionality is not likely to be deliverable in Dec. 2015. There are project-level issues to discuss, IMO.

Indeed Windows Category needs it’s own place
I also second the request for a windows client development category. Currently, page https://github.com/ebekker/letsencrypt-win/ has been in use for this purpose, and there may also exist other such pages, too. I think such specific design and implementation discussions could happen a little better and in a more centralized way in the LE community site. Does LoneCoder agree?
