# What forum software does Let's Encrypt use?

I love Let’s Encrypt, I use it for all of my domains, and I really love the forum. However, I want to make a forum on one of my sites, and I wish to know what forum software the Let’s Encrypt community so I can use it. If anyone knows the answer, please reply and let me know! Thanks!

It uses [Discourse](https://www.discourse.org/). 😄 Let’s Encrypt is using the official hosted option, but it’s also open source software you can download and install on your own servers.
