You must be missing something. Apache is often odd but it still does only what you tell it. If you want to post the results of the apachectl -S one of us may help you work through that. Or, visit a forum / site devoted to server configuration.

syntax its ok in apache *.conf, firewall open, youll must give permisons to de DocumentRoot where you have the *.html *.php *.htm i guess drwx-rw--rw--
