We "fixed" its' access to LE API [via IPv4].
Is that request being run within the istoreos?
What shows?:

Where/how are you requesting the cert?

I applied for a certificate in the nginx proxy manager administration interface.
Where is that NPM interface?
In the Windows host OR in the istoreos?

To install and run npm within the Docker environment of iStoreOS.
If NPM is within the istoreos, then you should ask for help from their support channel(s).
We have shown that the istoreos can reach LE API.
And yet, the error continues to show "connection refused".
