Using URL that has been linked to DNS-authorised SSL certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: trinityerp.co.za

I ran this command: N/A

It produced this output: N/A

My web server is (include version): Nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 18.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Digital Ocean

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): SSHD

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): N/A

Good day

My first question as newbie ..

I want to use certbot on the above domain, but it was previously used with a paid-certificate to secure
my ERPNext installation on the above server. There was technical issues which I can resolve
by using certbot ( already tested with another URL)

Question ....
Will there be a problem if I initiate the installation of a certbot-certificate on my server if the URL
was linked to a DNS-authorised SSL-certificate (trinityerp.co.za)

Thank you

I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work.
