User reports problem accessing one of our domains - others work

My domain is:
bankwebinars.com - cuwebinars.com - directorseries.com - ttscompliancesuite.com

All domains appear correctly covered when i browse but I have a client who is having problems with just the last domain. They’ve cleared cookies, tried incognito, tried other browsers – all workstations within the given network show the same problem.

It produced this output:

What’s my next troubleshooting step? many thanks!

Is there some kind of firewall or appliance on that network that is intermediating connections to this site?

seems to show that it is set up just fine on your end.
