Got this error while issuing certificate through capnel, my domain is www.rinisis.com.

Got this error while issuing certificate through capnel, my domain is www.rinisis.com.

checking your domain via https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=rinisis.com#txt there is no TXT entry.

Your name servers: ns77.domaincontrol.com from GoDaddy.

Is your cPanel able to create there a TXT record?

If not, that can't work.
