Unboundtest not able to find one of my CAA records

I want to test the functionalities of CAA record. So I created 2 CAA records in my AWS route53.

One is caa.letssl.91dev.tw, the other is letssl.91dev.tw.

Both CAA records' value is 0 issue ";".

I don't understand why unboundtest can only find caa.letssl.91dev.tw.
Here is the query result of caa.letssl.91dev.tw. And here is the query result of letssl.91dev.tw.

caa.letssl.91dev.tw CAA record is located in a hosted zone whose NS record is

Name:
letssl.91dev.tw.

Value:
ns-1553.awsdns-02.co.uk.
ns-246.awsdns-30.com.
ns-815.awsdns-37.net.
ns-1079.awsdns-06.org.

and whose SOA record is

Name:
letssl.91dev.tw.

Value
ns-1553.awsdns-02.co.uk. awsdns-hostmaster.amazon.com. 1 7200 900 1209600 86400

letssl.91dev.tw CAA record is located in a hosted zone whose NS record is

Name:
91dev.tw.

Value:
ns-550.awsdns-04.net.
ns-1587.awsdns-06.co.uk.
ns-1472.awsdns-56.org.
ns-152.awsdns-19.com.

and whose SOA record is

Name:
91dev.tw.

Value:
ns-1512.awsdns-61.org. awsdns-hostmaster.amazon.com. 1 7200 900 1209600 86400

Is there anything wrong with my configuration?

Why only caa.letssl.91dev.tw. CAA record is visible?

If you need to know more information about my AWS Route53 configuration. Just let me know.

The letssl.91dev.tw. CAA record needs to be in the letssl.91dev.tw. zone.
