Unable to renew let's encrypt certificate

Hello!

A little bit of background: Every 3 months, usually a restart of the apache server would have renewed SSL cert on training.unitsofsound.com but now this is not happening.

The command used was sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache

I have done a lot of research and came upon the root certificate expiration problem after Sep 30, 2021. I have followed the steps in there as well but still, I can't get it to renew.

Could someone please help to sort this problem?

Curl results if that's useful:

curl -I https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
