Unable to refresh /.certbot-auto install

I’m running an Amazon Linux server with Apache installed and running.
I tried installing Lets Encrypt using this URL http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/SSL-on-an-instance.html#letsencrypt
I decided to use a different WAN IP so I ran “sudo /.certbot-auto --debug” again, but it keeps giving me the wrong HTTPS name.
I’ve removed the letsencrypt files from /etc, /~local and /bin.
What do I need to do to reset it so I an change the HTTPS name?

what do you mean by that and please use terms such as VHOSTS (which are the correct description)

Please also confirm you are using the apache plugin

I found this tutorial to be very easy to setup using Amazon’s Linux.
