Unable to issue SSL for domain

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Please help to issue SSL on domain

Hi,

It seems that you are using an domain with incomplete dnssec setup, which result in a server fail when requesting certificate (let’s encrypt respects dnssec) and not resolved when opening in browser.

Details: you’ll need to remove dnssec from both enom & DNS server or set it up correctly

Thank you
