Unable to issue SSL for domain

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: bestofindianproducts.com

I ran this command: Trying to issue SSL on domain bestofindianproducts.com but getting below errors even though DNS are correct
DNS problem: SERVFAIL looking up A for www.bestofindianproducts.com

It produced this output: DNS problem: SERVFAIL looking up A for www.bestofindianproducts.com
Error: Incorrect DNS settings for domain www.bestofindianproducts.com!

My web server is (include version): Apache 2.4.6

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Centos 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Milesweb

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):No

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):No control panel

Please help to issue SSL on domain

It seems that you are using an domain with incomplete dnssec setup, which result in a server fail when requesting certificate (let’s encrypt respects dnssec) and not resolved when opening in browser.

Details: you’ll need to remove dnssec from both enom & DNS server or set it up correctly

Thank you
