Unable to do SSL HandShake

ERROR 9/26/19, 13:27:18.669 0x7f8604c6e250: no certificate found for /O=Digital Signature Trust Co./CN=DST Root CA X3
ERROR 9/26/19, 13:27:18.670 [SSL verify_cb, 0x14, 0 ] unable to get local issuer certificate, { subject: /C=US/O=Let’s Encrypt/CN=Let’s Encrypt Authority X3 }.

I’ve download the certificate file but that is not working https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/

Thank you, issue is resolved. Our client shared the DST Root and Cross Signed Certificates.
