Unable to create certificate with ngrok

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: inecta.com

I ran this command: WinACME-NewNgrokCert -ContName "continername" -HostName "containername-api.inecta.com"

It produced this output: Create certificate failed: [certificatename.inecta.com] Validation failed
- No certificate generated
[VERB] Exiting with status code -1

My web server is (include version): NA

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows 10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: We are using NGROK to create a tunnel

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes.

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): NGROK

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): NA

I don't know ngrok myself but a quick review of their docs and the below thread say that ngrok can obtain the cert for you.

I won't be able to say much more than that. Maybe another volunteer will know more or try the ngrok forum. I changed the title to better describe your circumstances.

Is that command winacme-ngrokcert ... something you created? Or is that the win-acme client?
