Unable to create certificate with certbot, error unauthorized

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: onlyoffice.lechambon.fr

It produced this output:

My web server is : nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version) : ubuntu 22.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is : OVH

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know) : YES

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no only terminal

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot) : certbot 1.21.0

Welcome back @zertag

A 404 using the --nginx authenticator is unusual. In your case the failure is to the URL https://onlyoffice.... The --nginx authenticator should avoid redirecting the HTTP request from the Let's Encrypt server to HTTPS. So, something seems wrong with your nginx system.

But, right now I cannot reach your domain with HTTP or HTTPS.

Also, you are now rate limited because you were issued 5 certs already this past week.

I am not sure what you want help with. Can you explain more? Because you are able to get certs and your server can't be accessed. There is more to your story than you have described so far. Thanks
