Unable to activate SSL for domain, only Webmail

My domain is: mjlira.com

I ran this command: N/A

It produced this output: N/A

My web server is (include version): Plesk

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Plesk

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): N/A

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): N/A

I recently purchased a new domain and hosting through HostDepartment[.]com, with Plesk Unlimited Windows hosting. Once hosting was active, I went to the SSL page to activate the Let's Encrypt SSL. I did that, but it's saying that it's only securing the webmail and not the domain. I go to Hosting Settings, and the options to enable SSL security are grayed out and read as "OFF", so I can't do anything there. I don't know what to do at this point. Should I bite the cost and buy a certificate elsewhere? Complain to Host Department? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

You should definitely log a support request with your hosting provider.

Amusingly hostdepartment[.]com is a picture of a website, not an actual website itself. Weird. They seem quite low cost but that's a new one for me.
